Available Dogs - Reese

Hi my name is Reese, but you can call me Geddie, as that has been my name since I was a little puppy.

Foster mom saids I am better than any human house guest she has ever had.  I am clean and don’t make a lot of fuss.   I ‘m also well behaved and I get along with my canine foster brother and sister.  At first I was a little shy and unsure but they showed me the rules of the house and I was happy to follow along.  I’m pretty easy going once I know the rules and get comfortable with my surroundings.

I’m house trained and very trustworthy to be left alone.  I don’t steal or chew things that don’t belong to me.   Unlike my foster brother who leaves a teddy bear massacre on the living room floor, I prefer to carry it for awhile and shake the life out of it, especially the ones that squeak.  Foster mom really likes that part!  I do like to sit on a nice comfortable bed and I come with my very own so if you have another that I could choose from, that would be awesome.

I have a very keen eye for catching the ball and foster mom will tell you I have impressive catching skills and that I would make an excellent catcher for the Major League Canine Baseball Team.  Did I also mention that I am a professional ball fetcher.. Yup, that’s right!   And I can bring it back and lay it by your feet, too.  One thing I can’t figure out is why it won’t stay still when I put my paw on it. Maybe you can show me !

Oh I forgot to mention, I’m smart too!  I know all of my commands.  I can sit (especially for a treat)…  I can right shake and left shake.  And I come when called.  I recently attended the off leashed rescue swim event last month and foster mom will tell you I did really well.  I don’t think I've been around 100 plus goldens in one place at a lake in my entire life.  It was a lot of fun and I liked the water, too.

To be honest, after all the fun and games, I really just want to be close to my pack and my person. So what do you think, am I good enough to join your pack?
